WOCR News and Board Meeting announcements

6/1/2026 - The PayHOA portal has been updated with Property Owners dues balances. The ACC request form has been setup under the requests section.

5/17/2026 - Emails have been sent out with activations for PayHOA and the Zoom link for the Special Board Meeting this Friday at 12 noon. We also want to announce that we now have a phone # for the POA; 903-218-7176. This number is also posted below

4/26/2026 - WOCR Board will have its annual meeting on Friday June 12 at 12 noon. Primary order of business is to approve the 2026 budget and announce the new board members. Zoom information will follow.

6/1/2026 - For web site visitors who are not currently property owners and is showing interest in our great little community, we have provided a copy of the POA bylaws labeled "Restrictions" that you can download below. Our POA fee is currently $500 per year

PayHOA

PayHOA is our new POA management company that will handle the majority of our finances, pay dues, find association documents and many other features through your personal portal. We are currently still in transition but the portals should be available soon. Clicking the button will take you to their web site where you can see what this new system will do.
